  • I have received incorrect and/or additional produce?

    Please notify your driver when an incorrect or additional product. Otherwise feel free to contact us.

  • How do I place an order?

    Phone orders can be placed between 02:00pm to 10:00pm. Orders outside this time will be diverted to the answering machine. Email orders can be placed at any time to [email protected].

  • When do I pay for the produce?

    Produce can be paid either upon delivery or weekly.

  • Can I get same day delivery?

    For 'same day' delivery (24 hour turn-around) orders must be in by 12:00am.

  • How often do you buy the produce?

    We visit the markets daily. This ensures we have the opportunity select the highest quality produce available and also pass any savings on to our customers.

  • What are the accepted payment methods?

    Payments can be made via cash, direct deposit or cheque. We are planning on having an online credit card system in the near future.

  • Can I change my order before delivery?

    If possible, please change your order before the driver leaves our warehouse. This is usually around 06:00am.

  • How will I receive my invoices/statements?

    A copy of the invoice will be provided upon delivery of the produce. We can also send invoices and statements to you via email. Please contact us.

  • Can I order online?

    At the moment we only have online order via email. We plan to have a customer login & ordering system in the near future.
