The Agency boasts the largest team of residential sales agents in the area together with specialists in rural property and commercial property.

The agency is led by selling Principal Sandy Warburton who originally joined the agency in 1996 and has quickly established himself as one of the Upper Hunter’s most successful sales agents building an impressive sales record. In 2004 Sandy became a partner in the business and assumed the position of Licensee in Charge. In November 2013 Sandy took over full ownership and control of Warburton Estate Agents.

In July 2015 the Scone office opened at 141 Kelly Street headed by Sarah Lorden and making Warburton Estate Agents the only agency with offices in both Muswellbrook and Scone bringing access to the area’s largest buyer network. Sarah herself brings with her 25 years’ experience having owned one of the leading real estate agencies in Sydney’s Inner West which was awarded the Best Residential Real Estate Agency by the Real Estate Institute (REI) of
NSW in 2010.

Warburton Estate Agents itself has won a string of local and industry awards. In 2011 it took out the coveted Real Estate Institute of NSW Award for Excellence in the Best Medium Residential Agency Category. In 2012 it was again a finalist. In 2014 the Warburton Estate Agents Property Management team were named finalists in the category Best Property Management Team.
