Situated in the heart of the beautiful Upper Hunter Valley region, surrounded by vineyards and thoroughbred horse studs, we are a well-established practice which has been running for over 50 years. We are currently staffed by eleven full time and four part time doctors. There are five female doctors available.
All doctors in this practice have satisfied the requirements for the Vocational Register of General Practitioners. This means a commitment to general practice and to continuing medical education. Medical Staff.
Brook Medical Centre employs two or more Registrars who are qualified but completing their training and experience. Appointments may be made in the normal way. Their term at the practice is for a period of 6 to 12 months.

Yes. During the week you will need to have made an appointment, on the weekend there is no appointment necessary.
The issue of repeat prescriptions generally requires a visit to the doctor. In rare circumstances, the doctor may write one without a consultation. (A $15.00 script fee is payable when picking up your script at the surgery). It is helpful if we have at least 24 hours’ notice to deal with any request.
Phone calls may be put through to the doctor. If the doctor is seeing patients when you call, he may need to call you back at a later time, otherwise Sister may be able to help you.
