Yumaro Incorporated is a community-based organization providing access to a range of services including employment, community access, and advocacy to people with a disability and their families. These services may be provided either directly or through organizations on behalf of the employee.
Yumaro is based in Moruya with another division located in Ulladulla. Its purpose is to support people with a disability in the Eurobodalla Shire and Ulladulla Region. The organization works closely with related service, business and community organizations in these areas and beyond.

Each employee participates in individual employment planning which takes into account the employee's personal goals and needs. The changing nature of personal goals is recognised and reassessment is done annually or as required. Wages in the Business Service are skill-based and part of a union award. Training in skills is offered to all employees. Assessments and training are conducted by qualified staff.
Yumaro Industries has a strong commitment to respecting and protecting the privacy and dignity of all service users. Information necessary for effective delivery of services, requested from employees, is kept in a secure location. In accordance with Yumaro's Privacy Policy, no personal information will be released without the employee's consent.

Established in 1984, the organisation has been a pioneer in the development of employment services to people with disabilities with services being provided from 3 different sites spread strategically throughout the South Coast.
