FAQs

  • If I am between 45 and 50 years of age, what health checks are available?

A comprehensive Health Check to discuss lifestyle issues and will include cholesterol and glucose screening blood tests.

  • Do you have interpreters that speak my language?

If you require an interpreter service please make an appointment in advance and inform us of your requirements.

  • Why do I need to make appointments on the day?

You can make appointments with the Doctor of your choice in advance, however there may be a waiting period for these types of appointments. If you need an appointment on the day you will nearly always be able to book an appointment for that day, even if it is not with the Doctor of your first choice. This ensures all patients with urgent matters can access a GP on the day. If you need a follow up appointment with your Doctor, please make it on the way out.

  • Do you have to bring your medicare & health care cards to every appointment?

  • Do you bulk bill?

This practice is not a bulk-billing practice. Medicare refund may be available at the time of consult. If you have any difficulty in paying our fees, please feel free to discuss with your Doctor or the Practice Manager.
