We offer a wide range of health care services supported by 4 practice nurses, GP registrars, medical students, visiting specialists, allied health and 8 reception staff.
Chronic disease management, Diabetes annual cycle of care, Enhanced primary care plans - available to any patient with a chronic disease whose care involves two other practitioners as well as the GP, Health assessments - available yearly for patients aged 75 and over, Laverty pathology (next door).

A comprehensive Health Check to discuss lifestyle issues and will include cholesterol and glucose screening blood tests.
If you require an interpreter service please make an appointment in advance and inform us of your requirements.
You can make appointments with the Doctor of your choice in advance, however there may be a waiting period for these types of appointments. If you need an appointment on the day you will nearly always be able to book an appointment for that day, even if it is not with the Doctor of your first choice. This ensures all patients with urgent matters can access a GP on the day. If you need a follow up appointment with your Doctor, please make it on the way out.
Yes, please bring & present all cards to EVERY appointment as this allows for easy processing of your claim & easy identification procedures.
Yes, parking is located at the rear of the surgery. Access is via Ford Street.
This practice is not a bulk-billing practice. Medicare refund may be available at the time of consult. If you have any difficulty in paying our fees, please feel free to discuss with your Doctor or the Practice Manager.
Your Doctor will tell you how your results will be provided and you may be asked to come back in for a follow up appointment.
