Please reply in writing (via email is perfect). We will then give you a call to arrange a site inspection (if needed) and collect any other information to get the job done. We will also provide a ‘finish date’ so you can continue planning your project with the reassurance you will have the information you need when you need it.
We have undertaken detailed cost analysis for each of our jobs, and include all items so there are no hidden surprises later. We do not want to hit you with project variations for common items that should have been included in the first place.
Yes! We will keep you up to date every step of the way. We will call and email to provide progress updates and to clarify things with you as needed. If you prefer to be left alone, we are more than happy to get on with the job. Please let us know your expectations.
We have fixed rates for some services and can estimate prices for others. We prefer to send out a detailed quote (if possible) so you have all of the information at hand during your decision making process. Then, if you decide to go ahead, we have all of the information ready to go, with no hidden costs or surprises. The benefit of a written quote is that everyone knows where they stand - right from the start
We have 14 day payment terms for private customers and 30 day payment terms for local and state governments. We prefer direct transfers to our bank account for ease of administration. If this does not suit, please let us know and we will work something out that suits you.
