KCL Family Day Care was formed with the ambition of improving the quality of child care services in our rural areas and to strive for better working conditions for educators and coordination unit staff alike.
In home care is a flexible form of child care where care is provided in the child's home by an approved educator. It is designed to fill the gap for families who are not able to fit into regular child care options.
KCL Family Day Care is providing child care in Inverell, Gilgai, Glen Innes, Emmaville, Tenterfield, Warialda, Walcha, Cherry Tree Hill, Delungra, Bonshaw, Armidale and Narrabri. However, we are not limited to just these areas and are always looking to expand our areas to isolated towns.

In-home care is a flexible form of child care where care is provided in the child’s home by an approved educator.
Family day care is where care is provided for children from a registered educator’s home. KCL Family Day Care is still the most affordable form of high-quality care in its region. Children are in smaller groups and have access to the family environment rather that the confines of centre based facilities. Educators are able to care for 5 children under the age of 5 years and 2 children over the age of 5.
KCL Family Day Care offers playgroups to further children's learning and social skills. These playgroups are available to children in Inverell 3 days per week, Tenterfield and Glen Innes once a week and Bundarra once a month.
We offer home-based child care in the form of family day care and in-home care as well as OOSH, (Out of school hours care and vacation care).
