Donna is a counsellor and a mediator FDRP with a mission to help people become empowered leaders in their life, love and business. She supports individuals, couples and families in the areas of anxiety/depression, grief counselling, marriage and family counselling, bullying, self-esteem, anger management and career concerns. Donna also is a mediator and supports people work through separation/divorce, parenting plans, workplace disputes and conflict management. Donna understands that our past has influenced our present but it need not dictate our future. Our life experience, positive or negative, are building blocks for who we are today and can be effective tools in creating who we aspire to be tomorrow. She now focuses on supporting people through proven methodologies and mindset tools, empowering them both personally and professionally.
Donna supports people to break unwanted, worn out patterns in life by finding the pieces of fragmented self & piecing them together. She is a registered and accredited counsellor, relationship trainer and mediator in family dispute whose delivery is gentle, respectful and honouring to each person in finding their truth. She has worked very successfully in both private counselling sessions and workshops supporting people to gain the tools to change their life and find their own unique positive outcomes. Our payment methods are cash, cheques, Diners Club, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa and credit cards.

Counselling assists in remediating a current situation while coaching involves goal setting, looking at what you want to achieve and establishing a clear vision.
Acknowledging the 10 stages of relationships can open the door to communication & understanding the different perceptions we experience in our relationships. Each person is encouraged to identify their own needs (sometimes people are not aware of what these are). Going back & identifying unresolved issues, dealing with them can open the door to clear communication being heard & valued. It then becomes possible to realize shared goals & values with a bright future.

We provide counselling for relationship training, separation & divorce, grief & loss, businesses workplace issues, self- esteem, self-worth, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, trauma, bullying, fear, panic attacks, critical incident debriefing and EAP counselling.

Everything that is discussed during your sessions is strictly confidential. Any notes are stored privately and securely. Under Australian law, if at any stage of a client's contact with the practice, the possibility of life threatening risks emerges, some details would be released to relevant professionals, always in your presence. Saving life is paramount while confidentiality is assured.
