Donna has been in private practice for approximately 6 years, helping individuals, couples and families. She has extensive experience in couple and family therapy and is considered a specialist in these areas. In her practice, she has helped people deal with complex trauma, affairs, complex mental health issues, adolescent behavioural problems & behavioural issues in young children.

Donna is a counsellor and a mediator FDRP with a mission to help people become empowered leaders in their life, love and business. She supports individuals, couples and families in the areas of anxiety/depression, grief counselling, marriage and family counselling, bullying, self-esteem, anger management and career concerns. Donna also is a mediator and supports people work through separation/divorce, parenting plans, workplace disputes and conflict management. Donna understands that our past has influenced our present but it need not dictate our future. Our life experience, positive or negative, are building blocks for who we are today and can be effective tools in creating who we aspire to be tomorrow. She now focuses on supporting people through proven methodologies and mindset tools, empowering them both personally and professionally.

Donna supports people to break unwanted, worn out patterns in life by finding the pieces of fragmented self & piecing them together. She is a registered and accredited counsellor, relationship trainer and mediator in family dispute whose delivery is gentle, respectful and honouring to each person in finding their truth. She has worked very successfully in both private counselling sessions and workshops supporting people to gain the tools to change their life and find their own unique positive outcomes. Our payment methods are cash, cheques, Diners Club, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa and credit cards.
