Buying A Property

Buying a property is an exciting time. We can help you through the process ensuring that you are well informed. We will work with the agent, the Vendor's conveyancer or solicitor and your bank or broker on your behalf to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. Once you have entered into a contract for sale; we will meet with you to explain the contract and your obligations as the purchaser as well as other requirements such as stamp duty.

New Home Grant Scheme

If you’re not a first home buyer and you are purchasing a new home, house off the plan or vacant land, you may be eligible for a $5,000 reduction in your stamp duty. The following criteria applies:

The purchase must not exceed $650,000 for a new home or $450,000 for vacant land;

The property purchased is intended for residential use only.

There are circumstances where the purchase is exempt from this grant. Our team will advise you on your eligibility for the grant and arrange the completion and lodgement of all necessary paperwork.
