Peace Plan Designers can provide the following services: We provide full documentation including Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Specifications, Statements of Environmental Effects, BASIX Certificates, Bush Fire Assessments and Shadow Diagrams as required by Council.
We also provide your design with 3D views, especially important for people who find it difficult to read plans. 3D views include external and internal views, helpful when designing Kitchens.
Peace Plan Designers was established in 1997 and have offices in Emu Heights. John Gatt is the principal designer, who will come and meet you to discuss possible design solutions, measure up and obtain all necessary documentation from you. Alicia will then use all this documentation to prepare preliminary plans and 3D views to show you. Jessica is our Administrator, she will help prepare all documentation to lodge with Council. Peace Plan Designers is a family business & you are important to us.
Peace Plan Designers has been in Penrith and Blue Mountains since 1997. We have expertise in the area of designing Architectural Dwellings, Alterations and Additions to existing Dwellings, We specialise in First Floor Additions and Granny Flats. Sometimes it is not possible however, in most cases it is possible and it is not true that it is a lot more expensive. Building up is about the same cost as building out.
If you are after a new home design or extensions, we can provide a basic design for approximately $1000.00.
The design process includes design, documentation and lodgment with Council. The design stage usually takes 2-3 weeks. Preparation of documentation usually takes 2 weeks. Council approval should be achieved in approximately 8 weeks.
We at Peace Plan Designers will focus our expertise on preparing a design which meets all your expectations. Once this is established the plans can be sent to any one of a number of builders who we have a relationship with. These builders are listed on our website and they can provide you with a cost estimate for the build.
The first thing that happens is we book you in for an appointment. We will come to your home or your site and discuss the possible design options. While there we will also obtain documentation from you, measure up and take photos.
