We practice out of clinic rooms in East Maitland. We also offer a mobile service, where we can see clients in their own homes or greater community.
Yes, we can complete thorough functional assessments and provide reports to assist clients with applications for services such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or various Centrelink payments such as the Disability Support Pension (DSP) or carer allowance.
Yes, DVA health cards (gold and white) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.
Clients with a GP referral under the Chronic Disease Management Program can claim a portion of fees back from Medicare.
We can see clients covered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Lifetime Care and Support (LTCS), Chronic Disease Management Program, Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) and some clients can claim a portion of fees back from their private health insurer.
No, you do not need a referral from a doctor.
