You need to see a doctor at least every 6 months for a consultation when a prescription renewal is required.
It’s necessary to ensure the referral is appropriate and the documentation contains correct, up-to-date information for your care.
The practice is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 11.00am.
