Most definitely. As the principal of the business I am always accessible to my clients and conduct a lot of my business during these times.
We pledge a 24hr turnaround from email and telephone requests. We are able to fulfil this by keeping our ratio of Licensed Strata Managers per lots under management to a minimum. Often a "lack of service" stems from a company that has too many units &/or too few strata managers at their disposal. When our offices grow to a level where this ratio is becoming compromised, we open another branch or add staff to the existing office.
Ace Body Corporate Management is currently the third largest strata company in Australia, with offices all over the country and in Singapore. This has come about by being in operation for nearly 20 years, growing organically and through word of mouth advertising.
