Our centralised Intake team can see anyone who is having issues with accommodation or homelessness & can help you access local crisis accommodation such as Broughton House & Betty’s Place, provide advice & information, assistance with rent arrears, support you to make a safety plan & connect you with our team of case managers who can work alongside you to secure, safe & stable accommodation.

Broughton House is located in Albury & provides crisis accommodation for up to five young people aged between 15 & 18 years old.

Broughton House is staffed 24 hrs a day 7 days a week so there is always support available during your stay from experienced youth workers. 

Betty’s Place is located in Albury & provides accommodation for women & their children, who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or escaping family & domestic violence. Woman & children accessing our accommodation services partner with a case manager who will talk to you about your situation, help you develop some goals for the future & support you in achieving these goals.

The HIVE Youth Resource Centre is located on 329 Griffith Rd Lavington between Lavington Centro and Coles. The HIVE is especially for young people by young people & provides them with somewhere to go, something to do & someone to talk to. There’s no pressure at The HIVE, you can just come in to use the free Wi-Fi & computers, shoot some pool with other youth, have a pick at one of our guitars or you might want to have chat with one of our youth workers.
