Our educators will work in partnership with families to assist children to develop a strong learning cycle. This process will allow children to participate in a learning environment which will develop physical, social, emotional, personal, spiritual, creative, cognitive and linguistic skills for life and future learning.
As children participate in every element of their learning program they develop interests and construct their own identities and understandings of the world.
Kinda Kapers is a family run, family oriented business and we are passionate about children and families. We have been operating in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region for 20 years. We are committed to the local area and excited to expand the company to the Hunter region.

Kinda Kapers consistently employs staff so that the number of trained staff and staff to child ratios exceed "Department of Community Services" guidelines. All staff is either trained, in training or have extensive experience with young children. It is a requirement that all staff holds a current First Aid certificate, Child Protection certificate and Safe Food handling certificate.
It is best to put your name on a waiting list well before you think you may need care. This is free of charge. If you are offered care and you want to wait until later, you do not lose your position on the list.
