Just being in Veras presence is calming and re-energising. She creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and provides all props necessary, including mats. Veras classes are gentle, however she always offers more challenging options. Just going to one of her classes, changes my week for the better; the relaxation component is a highlight. Vera also offers us tea at the end of the class which is a chance to connect with other members. Veras classes are a welcome exception to the packed and impersonal classes that I have attended at other studios. In Veras class, you really feel like you matter and you can go inwards with minimal distraction and her loving support. Highly recommended on Yellow Pages and beyond!
