I just want to put it out there for the people who obviously dont know much about wooli or having a bussiness, you can not just go and buy fresh seafood off the boats because you need to have licenses which cost thousands of dollars, theres only one boat in wooli and they cant purchase off it because you need that license to do so.
In such a small town you cant always have access to fresh product, being that you have to travel to get it from co-ops and even then theres not always an abundance of fresh seafood. If people knew more about the seafood industry theyd know that a hot sunny day doesnt produce fresh seafood, its all about conditions at sea.
For the entire time that this bussiness has been selling oysters they have been processed the same way and have never been cut and turned.
