Local Tourist Attractions & Information in Leitchville VIC

This is a terrific little business offering a unique look at the red gum forest and wildlife around the Murray river. You go in a purpose built flat bottom boat across a shallow lake and then onto the Murray river which is often very deep and in parts is well above the surrounding land because it is perched up on naturally occurring levees. If you are lucky you will be able to see the colourful Kingfisher bird. We saw quite a few different birds when we went so its of particular interest to twitchers.
