Carl built our kitchen and tiled our bathroom when we were in lockdown. We never met him but his communication skills were so advanced that it was no problem. He organised everything including allied trades, told us where to find examples of products to choose, constantly confirmed what was happening and sent photos. On top of that his work was excellent - at least a year has passed and not a single fault has been found. We could not recommend him more highly and we thank him for his work.
