I had a missed delivery but was unable to read a couple of numbers on the card; called the TNT/FedEx main number to seek assistance on the delivery and was told that without knowing the exact tracking number that there was nothing they could do. I explained that leading up to Christmas it would be near impossible for me to look up every single delivery and click through links to find consignment numbers and figure out which one this is. The only option I was given was to sign the card and leave it outside hoping that they would try and deliver again (after 6 days, they return to sender at 7) and hope it didn’t get returned to sender- Pretty appalling service.
I then looked up the delivery service in our area and tried my luck phoning them- Ally answered and was SO helpful. She gave me the option to either pickup today if I wanted or to have it re-delivered tomorrow.
One less thing to worry about trying to figure out what happened to my parcel leading up to Christmas! Very happy with how friendly she was and how quickly she figured it out, after I’d been fobbed off by the main customer service line for FedEx. Thank you!
