I do not hesitate to recommend Select for body corporate management of large residential complexes. I have worked with Select as a body corporate committee member for a number of years on a large apartment complex that has been experiencing major problems. I cannot imagine what would have happened to the residents if it was not for the hard work of the property managers; often outside of their normal scope. The property managers are approachable, friendly and most importantly, very responsive. Although I am moving on from this particular complex, I look forward to hopefully working with our property managers again as I will miss their hard work and the professional relationship we all formed. If you're looking for a new body corporate management company, I strongly urge you to consider Select.

Q: If there are requests, what is the process strata management services take to carry out repairs and improvements?
A: Normally, requests are sent by the individual to the strata manager or strata management company. Then, a strata meeting is held with all members of the strata management where the issue will be raised and decided upon.
Q: Do tenants normally have a say in owners corporation management services?
A: Tenants can attend meetings where decisions are made but cannot vote or speak unless authorised to do so. Requests for changes or repairs are typically made in writing and decided by the manager.
Q: What is the difference between a body corporate and an owners corporation?
A: There is no difference. Nowadays the term used more commonly is owners corporation.
