Key Strata Management is very professional. Pauline and Murray were extremely hard working, and went above and beyond when dealing with my strata property. Pauline and Murray were both very approachable when any issue arose, and prompt in dealing with them. It was not an easy complex to manage, with both building and resident problems. They were very knowledgeable on strata bylaws, and therefore could guide the committee by offering advice and an action plan to solve any problems. Their due diligence was second to none!
