For 12 years I put off replacing 2 rotting timber windows courtyard side on my extension room as I did not want to deal with the mess of removing them and being left with windows to dispose of. How wrong I was something I put off for so long took 2 hours from start to finish. No mess, no drama and the old windows were taken away by Facelift and I have 2 lovely and functional aluminium windows. I am so glad that I decided to support local business and chose Facelift to do this job. I had a price in mind and the quote was in my price range. Thank you to Rob who did the quote and provided me with a comprehensive company information pack which resulted in me using the company they recommended for my new awnings. Thank you to Daniel who ensured measurements were correct and managed the job. The two men who did the install were so professional and I was amazed that there was no mess involved in removing the old windows. Thank you to the office staff especially Simone who took my initial call and followed up with a courtesy phone call when the job was completed I have no hesitation in recommending Facelift. Great product and professional service. I will be phoning again when my timber windows at the front of my house need replacing.
