Peter and his crew were absolutely fantastic. I needed a new steel rim and tyre for the spare of my 2010 Hyundai i30. Nowhere in Townsville had the steel rim - wreckers or tyre companies. Bridgestone was the ONLY company who offered alternatives for my spare if I was not able to get a steel rim. This being said, they were able to contact a wrecker (that I had previously contacted and had told me they had no steel rims) and got me a steel rim!! When I got the tyre put on the rim at Bridgestone, they even helped me put the hubcap back on the tyre I had replaced and even changed the tyres around as it is illegal to have two different front tyres (which I had no idea about).
