ACR Roofing

We had a very old cement tiled roof, which was very brittle. Now thanks to the Competitive prices and Professional workmanship of ACR Roofing, We are extremely proud of our new Colour Bond roof. The ACR Roofing team were very punctual, pleasant and courteous. ACR Roofing were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Making a stressful time much easier. We would have no problems recommending ACR Roofing to anyone thinking of replacing their roof. Vera & Tony R

Roofing Material types for your commercial or housing needs

There are various kinds of materials used for residential and commercial roofing materials. Knowing what they can do and how well they perform will help you choose the best roofing supply and outdoor roofing materials for your needs.

  • Solar tiles - an eco-friendly option for residential areas. Helps reduce energy consumption costs but is more expensive than traditional roofing supplies.
  • Asphalt shingles - the most common house roofing material due to their effectivity in most environmental conditions and budget-friendliness.

  • Stone-coated steels - are effective for wet and windy regions, as well as wildfire prone areas.
  • Slate - can last more than 100 years being burn proof, waterproof and also resists molds and fungus. It is effective in wet climates but not recommended during hail storms.
  • Rubber slate - natural-looking, noise-proof and long lasting but susceptible to hail and footfall. Rubber slate installing professional are also harder to find.
  • Clay and concrete tiles - are stylish and wind-resistant. They are good in warm dry climates and needs extra support for their weight.
  • Green roofs - are covered with plants that can improve air quality and water run-off. Complicated to install due to required strong structural report, thermal insulation, draining, waterproofing, and soil / plant needs.
