I have been attending Momentum Health for well over a year on at least a once a fortnight basis and there have been many occasions where I have had to see them on a weekly basis for treatment of my Severe Chronic Back Pain, Shoulder and Neck Pain and the Shocking Headaches that come as a direct result of a Serious and debilitating Back Injury I sustained quite a few years ago.
