Dr Stanton has helped me enormously with issues relating to anxiety, panic attacks and sleep disturbances due to an adverse medical diagnosis and several impending surgeries. He has provided me with strategies I can use throughout the day and during the night when I wake up and when everything would seem to escalate. The hypnotherapy for me is hard to describe.
