I am a caring and dedicated clinician who has experience working with clients who present with depression and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, grief and bereavement issues, relationship issues, stress, workplace conflict, parenting issues and child/adolescent behavioral problems, childhood trauma, domestic and family violence and trans and intergenerational trauma.

Previously my work was based in the Northern Territory. My practice focuses on holistic approaches for individuals and groups. My PhD research investigated the effectiveness of using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with children in primary schools. My two published books focus on health and meditation. Also a registered clinical supervisor, Australian Counselling Association.
