I was previously using a national franchise company that at face value appeared to be doing a great job. Some administrative issues and ever changing Property Managers causing me undue grief and gave me cause to look else where for other options. After researching a few agencies, both national groups and and small independents, I chose Tim Morris Real Estate to take care of my properties. I love the service I am experiencing through Tim Morris Real Estate, with Tim and his team are exceeding my expectations. Timely and regular communication offered through the leasing process and detailed condition reports of my properties give me the peace of mind that they are being looked after. Increasing rental returns were something that my previous agent advised that were not in my best interest to ensure continued tenancy of my investments. Since Tim and his team have been managing my properties my rental incomes have increased and repairs and maintenance expenses have decreased.
