Timely and regular communication offered through the leasing process and detailed condition reports of my properties give me the peace of mind that they are being looked after. Increasing rental returns were something that my previous agent advised that were not in my best interest to ensure continued tenancy of my investments. Since Tim and his team have been managing my properties my rental incomes have increased and repairs and maintenance expenses have decreased.
