I've been here for a long, long time. I've had lots of dogs and cats. I've tried a number of the vets from Byron to Ballina and I have to say that there are some great ones and some not-so-great. But when I met Willa and her staff, I felt like I had found the right place for me. They are a team, like a family ~ out there by the racecourse where the street is calm and the horses are walked. The welcoming family who know you by name, who know our pets' names and who listen and advise on the phone when we just aren't sure of what to do. Compassion and joyful, this is the finest Veterinary team that I have ever come across. I can't recommend them enough. My animals aren't afraid there and neither am I. I am not intimidated, everything is discussed carefully, clearly and reviewed so that there are no questions left to ask. They get a thousand stars.
