Paint rollers or sprayers — which is better?

While a colour consultant can help you with colour ideas for your home, deciding whether you should go in for paint rollers or sprayers can be a little confusing. We’ve listed a few situations to help you decide which paint supply application tool could be suitable for you:

If you want to reduce the amount of masking: Choose rollers for less masking. Almost every square inch that you don't want to be painted, needs to be covered with a drop cloth if you decide to spray paint a room.
If you want to paint narrow surfaces: Opt for sprayers as these can be used for small areas, such as wall corners and narrow crevices and can lay down a thin coat. Rolling, on the other hand, can result in paint drips.
If you want to save on paint: Go in for rollers as paint spraying uses two to three times more paint.
