The OHS consultant will first conduct a workplace ohs audit and site inspection to determine where potential risks may lie. An OHS risk report is generated outlining each potential hazard and the level of risk they pose.
An OHS management plan is then put into place outline OHS procedures that should be taken. After that, a part-time safety consultant can be accessed for occupational health services and OHS training.
If an incident occurs, an occupational health and safety consultant may be called to investigate and provide an unbiased analysis. A report will then be generated outlining control strategies that will eliminate or reduce specific surface causes later.
