I was sleeping for very short periods through the night (90mins) due to a physical problem and also finding it difficult to go back to sleep. Corrimal Physiotherapy was recommended where I was helped very rapidly and in a wholistic way with the result, that after 5 sessions, I was sleeping in blocks of 3 hours and am continuing to grow this time by following the advice given.
