in response to the review by R.G. 15/5/2015 Dear R G. we are truly very sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory. As a business this is the very worst thing that can happen. That being said, everyone is entitled to their own opinions and it seems only fair that we respond in kind as we feel that Yelp viewers deserve the full picture. A few points; firstly we apologise if you "felt" our staff seemed annoyed. This was absolutely not our intention! The groom, Rob, can personally attest to the friendly and professional service he received on multiple occasions at the store. Check with him and see what he thinks? Further, when our shop gets very busy and when each staff member is dealing with multiple customers at any one time, it may seem that staff are distracted, but this is definitely not the case. In relation to you bringing your own garments into the store for alterations and us being "annoyed, this is completely untrue. Not only that but Rob had informed staff that a week prior to the wedding he would be bringing the guys in with the suits in need of an express service; all of which was arranged. For your reference at least 80% of suits altered in our store are not purchased from us but from competitors and we make no distinction in terms of quality and service between these suits and our own. Now moving onto the point re: the cost. 1) The groom, yourself and the groomsmen were quoted prior to the alterations being performed. This was after many hours of pinning and consulting. There was NO obligation to accept the quote and we perform these alterations within an industry standard across the board taking into account Australian hourly rates paid to tailors and alterations experts. 2) We feel it is only fair to the viewers on Yelp to explain that the suits brought to us required major alterations to be acceptable for the wedding day. The main reason being that only 2 sizes of suits were purchased to fit six gentleman of greatly differ
