The other day we went for a drive to Green Mountain Nation park. Our car unfortunately broke down at the first lookout, the fan belt fell off. Tracy from CAC had organised young Jake to pick up the car with the tilt tray truck, the moment he arrived we knew that we were in good hands. He was very professional. Tracy had already organised parts for the car and they would be there in the afternoon if needed. Within one hour of getting back to the workshop, the car was checked over, cleaned and the belt refitted. That was at lunch time, the staff said it was still safe to drive and we would have no problems to get back home and instead of waiting for the replacement belt, but they did insist that we get our local mechanic to replace the belt as soon as possible which we did. The cost and service was brilliant and we appreciate the fact that they did not try to over sale their service. So if you have a breakdown there is only one place to go CAC.
