Local Maternity Wear--retail in Mill Park VIC

My son is getting married and I saw a dress from the cabotine collection that I really liked.After phoning several bridal shops in Victoria as I live on Perth,none of them had this particular style in the colour that I wanted.None of the bridal shops in a Perth were stocking the cabotine collection.There was only 1 other bridal shop in Melbourne that stocked this particular style , but was sold out in the colour that I wanted, unfortunately this store could not get any more of those styles in that colour.I rang Olivia and Leon.Spoke to Sylvia who said that they don't stock that style but she went over and above her duty to ring the manufactures in Spain to find out if they still has that particular style in the colour that I wanted and the size in stock.She told me that as soon as they get back to her with this info, she will let me know.Was really impressed when she told me that it was in stock and that she could order it in for me.None of the other bridal stores offered to do this and I just felt its worth evry star of this review cause of the extra mile that Sylvia went to get the dress that I wanted.Sylvia rang me up to find out how soon I needed the dress because she could have it shipped out( of which I has to pay the shipping fees,but I would not have minded) and receive it within 2 weeks.As I was not in that much of a hurry and she said she"ll get it shipped from Spain with some other orders that she was waiting for and reduce my postage quite considerably.Thanks Olivia and Leon for your exceptional customer service.Wendy from Perth
