Vibrant Skin Hair & Beauty

I used the Vibrant Skin Hair & Beauty in-salon services for myself and 3 bridesmaids, for my rustic garden wedding in March 2017. I'm not used to beauty regimes at all, but they all made me feel very comfortable. Definitely have a trial hair and make-up day - I was a bit concerned after my first trial day that they were not able to interpret and execute what I wanted, but luckily after an extra mini-trial the day before the wedding, the hairdresser pulled off a hair-do I liked very much. If you can get anything like hair prep and mani/pedis done the day before your wedding, as they suggest, I would agree that it helped take a bit of pressure off the wedding day. And the free head massage with my hair wash was just what I needed the day before the wedding. The day of the wedding, they gave great service, making us feel special with a thoughtful fruit and pastry platter with prosecco / OJ in flutes. I was very happy with how the looks came together and we all looked beautiful for the wedding, reflecting the wedding style perfectly. Overall, very happy with their work, I would use their friendly services again, and would recommend their work to other brides. Kerrie & James, South Penrith

The benefits of massage therapy

Research suggests that massage has a range of benefits. It is recommended to treat yourself to a massage once a while to relax your body and improve your wellbeing. Here are some of the benefits that a full body massage therapy session may provide:

Increased relaxation.

Reduced muscle tension.

Increased joint flexibility and mobility,

Improved recovery and soft tissue injuries.

Improved circulation.

Reduced stress.

Although these benefits can be quite general, different types of massage therapies such as healing massage therapy can support and manage mental disorders such as anxiety, insomnia and depression. They can also be used to support people with a chronic disease or cancer. Sports massage applies therapeutic and deep tissue techniques to enhance performance and aid overworked muscles in recovering quickly.
