Fantastic massage and great diagnosis. I FINALLY have a reason for my pain. And, in only a couple appointments so far, she has already reduced it dramatically. I got Anna's details from my sister, who has been massage through 2 pregnancies where she had a lot of sciatica, back, and hip pain. She has always raved about how amazing Anna is, and after suffering for months with my pain, and getting no where with Doctors, chiro's, massages, physio, and ostepath's etc, I finally decided to listen to my little sister. Straight away it is obvious Anna CLEARLY cares about her clients. Always ready to take extra time after our appointments, Anna would take me through simple stretches, and allow me to unload anything that is on my mind. Dealing with a few deaths that were very personal to me, Anna continues to provide a safe space to unravel your burdens, and also fix the problems emotional stress causes the body. I never fully understood how massage can help anxiety and depression. Although I have neither; what I have experienced with my massage appointments, has shown how important it can be for good mental health. I highly recommend giving her a call.
