My name is Lynda Ross, a marriage celebrant and qualified JP based in Townsville and the Townsville area. A civil marriage celebrant is a qualified person authorised by the Attorney General's Department to solemnize marriages according to law. Celebrants are able to take care of all the legal requirements associated with getting married.
