I was referred to Matthew Duff by a friend. At the time i was suffering severe anxiety due workplace stress and a life time of anxiety buildup as well as extremely low self worth. From the outset, Matt explained, in 'Plain English' how he was going to address my condition. He always treated me in a most kind and caring way and was the total professional. He treatment has transformed my life and my mind. I am a new man!. I explained to Matt that , prior to his treatment, i had an 'Anxiety Tree' in my head and it was over burdened with 'anxiety fruit'. By the end of my sessions with Matt, the 'tree' was empy of 'fruit'. , my mind was clear. Worries etc still come by way, i deal with them and they are never, ever stored. Been a good number of weeks since my final session with Matt and my mind (and life) continues to improve. I am a completely new man! I recently stated to Matt that his great works have taken me from 'Worrier' to 'Warrior' !!!!
