Local Kinesiology in Copacabana NSW

I have always been open to holistic approaches however never doing any of them myself I was a bit skeptical going into my first session. I had really bad insomnia and massive anxiety/panic attacks every day. Every muscle in my body ached 24/7 and I was so lethargic I was struggling to get through my day to day. I thought I had adrenal fatigue although no doctors found anything in my test results. After 3 kinesiology and hypnotherapy sessions I can say with gratitude that I am sleeping so much better - goodbye insomnia! I haven't been anxious or having any panic attacks and I am feeling a huge relief in my muscle tension. Overall a really calm and welcoming environment, Tim made me feel safe and went over & above to make sure he was addressing all of my health/emotional concerns. The experience was really relaxing and the sessions weren't rushed (it was quite therapeutic) I am excited to continue!
