I purchased many items from here and each time it has been top service. I shop around a fair bit for jewelery and particularily the engagment ring. I even took the design to a few places that offer cheap customer jewelery and none could meet the price. They have also cleanded the ring every time we have asked and it still looks great. They do not intrude to much when you are looking and are happy for you to have a closer inspection. Their advise is usually spot on.
