Penrith Jewellery Workshop is a well established, local Jewellery Store, located on the Upper Level of Westfield Penrith. It was founded by and is still owned by Shaun Nolan and has been in operation for Twenty Four years, starting in the original Penrith Plaza in 1982, before being relocated to the new Penrith Plaza, Stage One, now Westfield Penrith.
