He was reassuring. It was the same during the repair. He was reliable and punctual. Confirmation phone calls were appreciated. He was competent, displaying extensive experience with meticulous care and attention to detail. He is a neat, tidy and organised worker. I came away from his repair of the large roller shutter, with complete confidence in his workmanship. I would immediately utilise his skills again, for repair work or a new installation. He is the most professional and competent tradesman I have had the pleasure to deal with, and I have dealt with quite a lot for over 30 years.
