Merimbula RSL Club

We had dinner here during our recent stay and were pleasantly surprised. Great kids meals and very generous portions and prices. The deserts were also fantastic and probably the highlight. It was a bit noisy, but the venue was busy as we were there during the summer. The service still held up considering the amount of meals being done.

  • Waiting for equipment or benches to open up.
  • Skipping the warm-up or cool-down can open you up to injury due to lack of blood flow.
  • Doing cardio before a big lifting session may fatigue you going into your lift. This can result in poor form or injury.
  • Not increasing intensity or number of repetitions of an exercise over time.
  • Not timing rest periods can stretch out your gym session far longer than necessary.
