We all need to start somewhere and this is the ideal place. No matter your ages they cater for everyone. NDIS approved which is excellent. 7 safety tips for healthy workouts at your local gym

Don’t risk losing all your hard work at the gym with an injury. Learn how to prevent common accidents to keep your workouts safe with these 7 simple tips

Listen to the doctor. If you have an existing medical condition, you may need to take extra precautions.
Don’t skip warm-ups and cool-downs.
Start off small, then gradually increase the intensity or repetitions of an exercise.
Learn and use a good technique for every exercise.
Get a spotter for lifting weights, especially for those lifting barbells.
Clear the area of objects so others fitness club members don’t trip.
Wipe down equipment after use. This prevents colds and germs spreading at the health club.
