I love your recipes, but please may I say, you have made a lovely Mushroom Pie,, while a Shepherds Pie is originally made with ‘pieces’ of Roast Lamb minced through your mincer and mixed with Tomato Sauce, pressed into pie dish, topped with mash potato and browned in oven, No vegies added, that would spoil the delicious texture and taste of that Roast Lamb,, This is a side dish, served with boiled vegies,, its completely different to Cottage Pie made with mince meat to be cooked, with vegies added in it, I hope you. can make this, its delicious…. I watched My Grandma made it in 1940-50’s
