How to clean gas appliances

Like any device, gas heating appliances also need regular maintenance to operate efficiently and avoid costly repairs. Here are a few tips to clean stove and heating parts for your gas appliance at home:

Choose a cleaning solution that is appropriate for your appliance. Glass stove appliances can be damaged by cleaners with abrasives, but a stainless steel stovetop can be cleaned with a strong degreaser.

Seal the bag and let it sit for the day. Then remove the filter from the bag, rinse well under hot water and let it air dry.
