Sadly my beloved brother recently passed away overseas. As a family we had no idea where to start in bringing him home to Adelaide. Natasha was available to us at any time of the night or day. She coordinated an incredibly complex situation with amazing efficiency and was able to effectively liaise with a vast array of people including overseas funeral directors, translators and family members, communicating clearly with us at every turn. Most importantly, she helped us to feel calm and in control despite the devastating situation we faced. I can not thank her enough for her professionalism, organizational skills, research abilities, knowledge and compassion. She went above and beyond in everything that she did in helping us to bring our brother home so that we could give him a fitting farewell.
